The Company is leading dealer of commercial vehicles in eastern U.P. covering the territory of Varanasi, Ghazipur, Ballia, Bhadhohi, Chandauli , Jaunpur, Mau etc.

The Dealership is situated in Varanasi, which is the main hub of trading for Eastern U.P. & Bihar. Because of the above the Transport activity from Varanasi is very high and hence, there is good demand for commercial vehicles.

All the directors of the company have more than 20 years experiences in Automobiles business. Because of their presence in Varanasi by birth, there is good relationship with all local transporters and fleet operators and other customers.

Company filed petition under section 10 of IBC vide C.P.No.(IB)64/ALD/207 and accordingly NCLT Bench, Allahabad passed an order for insolvency proceeding with the moratorium under section 14 of IBC prohibiting certain actions against the company. Further vide Order dated 07.06.2018, appointed Mr Yogesh Gupta as Resolution Professional.

For its excellent performance for sales of New vehicles, for better service support, the company has been receiving awards from Tata Motors on a regular basis.

The Company has an ISO certified showroom and Workshop on main G.T. Road, Situated at Aalaipur Varanasi. The area of the showroom is approximately 10000 sq. ft. situated at Prime location in Varanasi City and ay just walking distance from Railway Station.

The company also has an other 40 bay state of the Art and ISO certified showroom and Service center, situated at National Highway from Varanasi to Lucknow at Babatpur, just in front of Airport,
